2. Products Sold by Headies Quarters

Headies Quarters sells glass water pipes, rigs, accessories, and other smoking-related paraphernalia and art glass products. Our products are intended to be sold as lawful products for legal adult use only.

We do not sell cannabis, THC products, CBD ingestibles, or any controlled substances through this website unless expressly stated and lawfully authorized.

You acknowledge that laws concerning the purchase, possession, importation, shipment, and use of these products vary by state, city, county, and country. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to you before placing an order.

  • all prices are subject to change without notice;
  • product colors, dimensions, and details may vary slightly, especially for handmade glass pieces;
  • we do not guarantee that product descriptions, photographs, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

In the event of a pricing error or incorrect product information, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or refuse any affected order.


7. Handmade and One-of-One Glass Disclaimer

Many of our products are handmade, artist-produced, limited-run, or one-of-one items. As a result:

  • slight variations in color, size, pattern, weld marks, opals, linework, shaping, or finish are normal;
  • these natural variations are not considered defects;
  • product photos may differ slightly from the item received due to lighting, screen settings, and hand-crafted variation.

 

8. Payment Terms

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to use third-party payment processors. Your payment may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.


9. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipment of products to any state, locality, or jurisdiction where we believe shipment may be restricted or prohibited.

You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order may be lawfully shipped to and possessed in your jurisdiction. We are not responsible for:

  • packages delayed, seized, refused, or destroyed by carriers, customs authorities, or law enforcement;
  • losses arising from inaccurate shipping information submitted by the customer;
  • orders placed in violation of local, state, federal, or international laws.

We may require an adult signature upon delivery for certain orders.

 

10. Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise required by law, risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.


11. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because of the nature of our products, all return, refund, and exchange requests are subject to our separate Return Policy.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise:

  • used products are not eligible for return;
  • products damaged due to misuse, improper cleaning, accidents, heat stress, drops, or modification are not eligible for refund or exchange;
  • customers must inspect items promptly upon delivery and report any shipping damage within [48 hours / 72 hours] of delivery with supporting photos.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and our posted Return Policy, the Return Policy will control with respect to returns and refunds.
