At Headies Quarters, we want you to be happy with your order. Because many of the products we sell are fragile, collectible, or intended for personal use, our refund and return policy includes some important limitations. Please read below before making a purchase.

 

Returns

We accept return requests for unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase or order number

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Any used glass, rigs, bongs, pipes, or accessories
  • Any item that has been opened, used, altered, or cleaned
  • Sale items, clearance items, or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Any item marked final sale
  • Consumable products, if applicable
  • Custom, special order, or limited-release items, if applicable

Because many of our products are intended for personal use, we cannot restock or resell used merchandise.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address].

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging and shipping box

If approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A refund to your original payment method

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible.


Fragile Items / Glass Products

We pack glass and fragile items carefully, but once an order leaves our hands, shipping carriers can sometimes mishandle packages.

If your glass item arrives broken or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The broken item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The outer shipping box

Without photo documentation, we may be unable to process the claim.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at [your email address].


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect item sent by us

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged on arrival, or if we shipped the wrong item.

Chargebacks / Disputes

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can try to make it right.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and could affect future purchasing eligibility.
